We provide ad hoc maintenance services, and our clients often choose permanent maintenance – a service contract.

Contract between PRO-CONTROL and the customer, which guarantees the customer a number of benefits and transfers to PRO-CONTROL some of the obligations resulting from the maintenance of automation systems:

  • Permanent service and maintenance of the system (inspection and maintenance schedule);
  • Undertaking service intervention in a very short, mutually agreed time;
  • Remote access and serviceability of the system;
  • Readiness and ability to intervene 7 days a week, 24 hours a day;
  • Preferential rates for each hour of service work;
  • Possibility to organize technical training for maintenance workers.

PRO-CONTROL provides service support based on the technologies of the following companies:

  • SIEMENS (SIMATIC S5 and S7, SIMATIC PCS 7, TELEPERM),
  • ABB (Industrial IT, 800xA, Freelance 2000),
  • ALLEN-BRADLEY (Micrologix, Compactlogix, Controllogix),
  • WONDERWARE (InTouch, InBatch, InTrack, InSQL Server, Suite Voyager),
  • OMRON (Cx-One),
  • GE FANUC.

PRO-CONTROL has extensive experience and the necessary equipment to operate control systems based on SIMATIC S5 controllers. We also offer the migration service of SIMATIC S5 to SIMATIC S7 controllers.

Service contracts have been prepared in such a way as to guarantee the highest security and response time, while optimizing monthly costs, depending on the specificity of a given production line. As part of each of the packages, we also offer periodic service and maintenance, which minimizes the risk of long-term production downtime.

Range of services:

  • In the event of an installation failure, the service operator will be automatically informed of the need for intervention.
  • If the failure cannot be removed, an on-site service intervention will be performed.
  • Additionally, as part of the basic package, PRO-CONTROL offers a number of maintenance services:
  • o annual inspection of the installation with an indication of critical points,
  • for making copies of the software and their archiving,
  • for programming work within the entrusted installation.
